Although I am a PC user, I've always had a soft spot for Macs. When I had the chance, I snatched up a used G3 Glue and White for college even though there were a number of the silvery clear G4's for slightly more at the same store.

It was the design and the colors that interested me more than the possible power differences between the two. My father even got a second-hand Mac all-in-one. It was a Tangerine one. = )

Why bring this up? Well... I was going to try a hit up one of these recent monster-style animated films so I had something good to post here (and to watch a new film). Instead, I spent the last few days figuring out how to run OSX on my PC. And I did, too. I turned a spare system of mine into a Hackintosh.

Not only do I get some use out of my older system but I also get to use some of my old Mac programs again that I haven't run in years. I miss goofing around in GarageBand and I've been meaning to cut something good together in either my ancient copy of Macromedia Director or iMovie to promote the strip. True, I could do this on my trusty B&W but the old workhorse is a little too on the slow for the video stuff.

Well... before I get too deep into this Hackintosh thing, I've got a couple more 'Ask a Vampire' strips for do. Remember you can also send Biff and the crew your questions. Who knows? You might just yours answered in comic strip form!

'Till next time! = )
