I kinda' spent a bit longer than I wanted on it. I was mostly fiddling with the text color and just how much of an outline to do around the Lakitu. It might be tough to see but there is ever the faintest border around the critter and the speedlines. It originally looked like a sticker so I spent a while tweaking it so it was just enough to separate the image from the background without it becoming the main focus.

I also finished up the last of the scripts for this story bit. Now I just need to come up with titles for the back half 'cause I'm terrible at those and, unless I think of the title first, scripts remain nameless 'till I put pencil to paper and start the artwork. = P

Next strip is coming on Sunday again. This time the reason is simple - Wednesday is my birthday. As much as I'd love to spend Tuesday night finishing things up and posting stuff, I kinda' want to work on something completely different and slightly self-indulgent. If I can, I'll spark a broadcast. No promises though as my 'Net connection likes to flake on me when I plan too far in advance.

Now to spend some quality time cleaning my folders up a bit. Found some more random duplicate files just floating around whee they shouldn't be.
