Holy Smokes! It Finally happened. My 500th Strip! o.o

Or if you go by the Permalink's URL, it's my 499th strip 'cause Zero is the first number for computer stuff so it looks like I'm doing this early. = P

So here's the deal... this story has been a long time coming. And I do mean long. Aside from something I wanted to do in the early days of the strip (I planned on doing this whole origin thingie ASAP), I also came across an old "Ask a Vampire" that I kept around for when I got around to it... and I Completely forgot about it until a little earlier.

Depending on where you're coming from to get here, you might have seen a non-spoiler-y image as a placeholder instead of the usual first panel crop.

It's an ask from October 1st, 2012 from Taylor P.

And they write...

"Dear Biff,

How did you and Rosa end up being room mates anyways?"

I wrote them back and told them it'd be a bit before I could tell that story properly. At the time, I meant that I'd get to it within a decent time frame. I Did Not Mean Some Six Years Later. o.o

To be honest, I didn't think I'd make it 500 strips. Nor did I think I'd be doing this particular story bit now. But this strip continues to defy explanation. It keeps on keepin' on and it's always an interesting trip to see what comes next.
