The Spookiest Month is Here! = D

Email Me Biff on Twitter -
It's October and Halloween is in the air. There are bats and skeletons everywhere, random things are being colored black and people are using Even More terrible puns for things like they're channeling the Crypt Keeper.

One of my Favorite times of year. = )

Things here at the House of Amill are getting in tune with the season. The front yard is getting significantly creepier and I'm looking into getting more bat stuff for my room. 'Cause you can never have enough bat stuff when you've spent the better bulk of the last few decades doing monster comics with "Vampire" in the name.

Speaking of setups... I have my computer desk back! = D

The VESA adapter plate was both a thick plate of steel and it did the trick. I got a fully functional screen that swivels and spins and can still move up and down like the stand that it came with. I've also decided to keep my second monitor - an old HP L1950g - portrait style. The fact that it has taken me so long to finally do something like this is ridiculous. I can get So Much Done Faster like this.

If you have a second screen and do work that might be helped if the screen was setup like a sheet of paper (like writing), you should give it a shot. You might dig it, too. = )

Last update: Drawlloween has begun! At the time of writing, I've got six down with a seventh lined up for tonight on a new set. And yes... I still need to do the "Final" entry for last year's set. It's coming, I swear. I just need to get ahead on other things...

And Maybe not have a time destroying event swing through every few days.

Now I'm off to do a quick setup on the next strip, tuck into the next Drawlloween pic and, of course, eat and stretch. If anything, I'm going to do that last part first 'cause my neck muscles are So Tight lately. Almost like I've been battling against surprise tech issues when I could've been making progress. = P

Remember: Stay Safe. Wear a Mask if you need to. Get vaccinated if you can. Get a booster if you're already good on all that. And remember to keep your head up.

'Till next time! = )
