Those in the know have probably already heard about the comics documentary 'Stripped' from Dave Kellett (creator of 'Sheldon' and 'Drive'). It had an incredibly successful Kickstarter campaign some months back and is well on it's way to being completed. Well, it was.
The guys want to tell the whole story of comic strips from the height of newspapers to today's webcomics. The best way to do so is through the use of file footage interviews and such with the many superstar cartoonists from back in the day. Licensing that footage is going to cost a bit more than the original amount raised. Thankfully, the folks behind the flick know what they want and who to contact to polish off this last bit of production. They just need a bit more scratch to get it done.
That's where we come in! = D

Back to the Art Mines for me. I've been drawing extra pics like a madman and I plan on riding this wave 'till it's through. You can see a recent Pokémon-styled bit of work on the Art blog. -> [Link]
'Till next time! = )
