Something Poké This Way Comes...

Email Me Biff on Twitter -
Like many other gamers, I'm a fan of the Pokémon series. Although I do admit to skipping the Black2/White2 games, I have tried my hand at (and still own) most of the series going back to Red/Green/Blue which dropped when I was in High School.

It may be a bit 'till I can play X/Y but there is one thing I'm crazy excited for - the four-part Pokémon Origins OVA. = )

Fair warning: If you search this out online, you will find it subbed. You will see battles based completely in the original game universe in a way you just won't see on TV. You will also hear a sound that will at once frighten and sadden you as it becomes crystal clear that these are Not the Pokémon cartoons you are used to. o.o

That said, I'm still pretty psyched about it. I may or may not have done those things I warned you about in the last paragraph so I can't say that it's pretty badass. Nor can I say that the fights shown are almost exactly as I imagine them when I play the games.

For those with the tech and the chance to play Pokémon X/Y when it drops - Enjoy! I promise I'll post my info here if/when I get the chance to do so. I'm working toward getting a 3DS so I hope it'll be sooner rather than later.

'Till next time! = D
