Bungie opened pre-orders and I got my copy all set. I ended up going with the cheapest one I could get above the base game - the Limited Edition version. So I now have a good number of months to pay off the $100 price tag.
If you're wondering why I did that instead of going with the base game, it was due to a lot of math. Easy math but math nonetheless. See, the base is about $60 and the expansion pass runs around $40. Instead of paying a combined $100 plus tax on both items, I figured it'd be a safer bet to simply pay $100 plus tax on a single item and not have to worry about not having the cash later on when they drop those expansions smack dab in the middle of when I'm saving up/paying off other things. It was both a timing and money thing.
Since I pre-ordered, I'm also set for the Destiny 2 Beta for when that drops. This'll be the first time in a long time I'll be in a game beta and not had to worry about my gear not handling it well. = )
Now I'm in need of some coffee and a stretch. This one was a fun one to do but I've been in the same position for Far too long. Sometime during this week, I'm going to see about either streaming some artwork or just doing a video. I Really want to test some stuff but I'm still a bit wary of falling into that ol' editing pit I end up in whenever I do that type of stuff.
'Till next time! = )
